COVID-19 Update

The Trend team continues to monitor the COVID-19 coronavirus situation globally and the safety of our employees, customers and Partners is our top priority.

As we monitor this difficult and fast-moving situation, we wanted to share some resources to help you and your businesses:
  • ​Our factories are operational, and where possible, our employees are working from home and endeavouring to maintain business as usual.
  • Our service and support teams across our Partner network and within TREND advance are largely available for urgent callouts and site visits. Our NOC and remote service teams offer exceptional support and are ready and able to assist you in the way that you want to be supported. We expect Trend team members visiting customer, supplier, vendor, or other partners’ locations to abide by the rules of their hosts.
  • Our Training teams have created online training courses available on demand based on your schedule. Our priority is still our customers and Partners and we are here to support you all at this difficult time.
