From the moment work starts on a new office development, time is of the essence – as is keeping the project to budget. For the developer, completion cannot come a moment too soon, as it is only then that they can start letting space and see a return on their investment.

To do this they must of course offer a standard of specification that will satisfy the demanding requirements of the modern tenant. Equally, owner-occupiers are concerned that their buildings are finished on time and to budget, and fully meet their expectations. For them, the whole-life cost of ownership is a particularly important consideration.
